Consultant swear at me in a vernacular langauge

I took out a micro sim card from cell c and i was told that i would receive my package in 3 or 7 working days. but i will receive an sms first when my package is on route i received that after 2 days and i was adviced to have my copy of id and proof of residence ready for verification purposes. so i called them to confirm the time of dilivary i spoke to nomkhosi manqele (call ref nr; 0873508694) she said they will only deliver on monday. on monday i called them and i spoke to phineuis Serete he tried to help by making sure that the courier company received my order. however nikiwe sibeko mset it up by confirming the wrong delivary address according to serete (call ref 5833237) this was very much fastrating and costed me a lot of money as i had load R49 air time about 5 times or more of which that was the money i could have used to pay for my monthly premium. finally after a number of call made to them they finally agreed to deliver put know no one was available to answer my questions i had about the term and conditions of the contract the last person i spoke too was precious sokonyana whom i requested to get me a person i can talk too but no one was willing to come to the phone
