Account a MESS and service BAD (EISH-ta)

In March 2013 I reported 8ta (EISH-ta) for not changing our banking details as we requested.
At that stage I've been to the branch twice to get it done. After receiving an email from 8ta we send them the documents again (by email), made an EFT to pay for that months bill and were promised that it is sorted out.
Last week we were offline for the day and when we called them we were told our account is in arrear and realised that the banking details are still unchanged. We also noticed that there is a 3rd contract on our account for which we didn't sign-up and it is part of the amount due for payment.
I went to the branch 3 times, had to go to the police station for a statement and paid ALL the money via EFT (pay and clear) I gave the proof of payment to someone at the branch and was told that we will be online within 5 hours. The next day I had to go back because we were still not online and at the call centre they weren't aware of the payment made. We send it again and 3 hours later we were online.
It's a week later now and The sim swop they had to do is still not active and no one came back to me about the extra contract we paid for.
I am very disgusted to say the least!!!
