Hello Peter I hav continues problems with Cell C with Debiting/ payments. Last Month my Contract acc was very high but manage to give Half of it before the debit date (26-07). I spefic Phone them to say I made half of the payment and they must not debit my account on the last day of the month Hence for not having money in my bank account. I made arrangements so that they have to debit the account on 02-08.Which they didn't. I recieved a sms on the 6-08 that I urgently need to make a payment or they will suspend my account. I urgently phone them again to tell them that there were money in the back account but which they failed again for not debiting. They never came back to asked me what I must to to make the payment manually or debit. I recieve again a sms on the 13-08 that I fail again to make payment. Again there was money in my bank account but they still fail to debit it! I replied again to them to ask them to debit my account but they told me it was to late to send debit through but they will make it for the following day. The following day came and the never debited the account until then my ph is still off! I am actually very very dissapointed in their service!
