Hope you can help me. I have a contract with Nashua Mobile. I got a phone from them, i had a problem with the phone as it is switching itself of it doesn't open the applications on the phone and then there is a service on the phone called BIS which i am paying for but this phone doesn't even want to download anything. i took the phone back and they sent a refurbished phone which is even worse than the previous phone that i had, this phone was also taken back and sent in for repairs. i believe this is unfair as I'm paying for something that i cant even use. and then is they cant fix it they will just sent you another refurbished phone which is unfair as the 1st phone was supposed to be replaced by a new one as the phone was taken back withing the the 1st six months of the contract. The phone is a Blackberry 9380 and according to the person i spoke to even the company Blackberry stopped producing this phone. So Please advise what can i do from here on as i don't want this phone anymore. if both of the phones was working for longer that 2 months that is a lot so what am i paying the BIS for then if that is something that i cant use?
Please help me to solve this problem...
