Epair & missing my battry

I did a upgrade in June and on the some day i book in my previous phone for repairs under the guarantee. so they send my phone to jhb and from there i get a call that it will cost me about R900 to repair my phone. they want to put in a new cover and what ells. i send my phone there to have the track pad repaired not the cover. a cell shop ask me R200 for the repair. so they send my phone back were once again no one at cage gate phones me to tell me that my phone is there and when i phoned they told me that they forgot to phone me then when i go to fetch the phone all of a sudden they can't find it and say they will have to call me on Monday. Monday come and gone. so by Wednesday i phoned again and got told that my phone is there. so know after almost 2 months i got my phone back only to discover that they my original battery so again i must waist money to phone and ask were is my battery. so on Monday 13/08/2013 i got told that no body is going to take responsibility for my battery as my phone was with them too long. sounds to me like they want to blame me but i can't collect a phone if it isn't there to collect!!! you are a bunch of theves
