I have a Vodacom Smart L contract and receive a set amount of data per month on the contract. I use the *111# functionality to check my data balance often and noticed, to my shock and horror, that the NEXT MONTH's DATA is being used first, before any leftover data from the previous month is used! Why on earth are you operating like this Vodacom? Is this clearly stated in the contract that I signed with you, if so then please I want you to point out exactly where it says that this is your billing practice regarding the data bundles. If it's not, I find this practice in breach of your contract with me! This is totally ridiculous!
