CONTENT CHARGES AND JUST PURE SHOCKING SERVICE

For the last few months unscrupulous companies hand in hand with Autopage have been forcing content onto my phones and iPad. Autopage keeps telling us they have blocked them but they continue to force content which autopage expects us to pay for. If we refuse our phones get cut. Despite numerous requests for these companies to be blocked and our money returned nothing has been done. This is absolute and thievery. I didn't ask for anything, didn't sign for anything and I'm sure not getting anything for this. Autopage allows it because it makes them money. They also change banking details as they please and refuse to sort it out when requested. You are passed from one person to the next with nobody taking ownership except one delightful soul in accounts who just flat refused to change the account to what it should be. Absolutely disgusting, shocking, pathetic service and I feel as if they are me.
