I had feedback from Nelly at Cell C on the weekend. She confirmed that neither my ID number nor my Cel number are on their records as being a customer of theirs.
She said she wound forward my complaint to their legal dept.
Today I receive a recorded message from 'Norman Bissit & Associates" threatening me with legal action, AGAIN.
They have an option to 'press 1 to speak to one of our consultants free of charge' but when I do that nothing happens and the massage repeats.
So now I want to know: What would you do if I phoned you up and threatened you Cell C?
You think you are above the law? Harassment is a grounds for legal action and I will be talking council on this matter.
