Upgrade - What a nightmare

On the 31st of July 2013 I did an upgrade online of my phone with Vodacom and received a delivery reference number U515634 from the website and it said I will get my upgrade phone within 24 hours.
Wonderful on Friday the 02 Aug I phoned the upgrade center and was informed there is no stock of the phone they will only deliver on the Wed 7th of Aug. I said ok then and waited. Wed 7th nothing happended so I phoned the call center on Thursday 8th of Aug and was informed they "RAM" delivery could not find 26 von Brandis street in Johannesburg and I was not contactable on my mobile. I asked when then can I have my phone, and can i be contacted on 0828731180
I was told to phone the upgrade center on Monday 12th to re send the phone to me. So Monday 12th of Aug I phoned the call center and asked to have the upgrade done, they where not able to do it immediately as the manager needed to approve, the lady assured me she will do the upgrade and took all m y detail and said delivery should happen on the 14th. So today 14th Aug I phone the upgrade center just to hear that Monday no upgrade was done and still no phone. Wonderful Service my 24 hour upgrade has now taken 3 weeks and counting...
