Eactivation taking 4 weeks and still not done

My account was deactivated on the 29th of july, when I call mtnsp they said that it was a system error and I should wait 24 hours for my line to be active. I waited 24 hours and my account was still not active. I've been calling everyday since and every consultant I speak to tells my different stories. The last 3 consultants told me that my rica was barred. I went to mtn vaalmall and gave in my documents for rica of my sim card and I even phoned twice after that because it was not active. The consultants that I spoke to did the rica over the phone but still my account is not active. Its been 4 weeks now and still my account is not active. I don't know what to do anymore because it seems the mtnsp have unskilled people working for them and don't know how to do their job. Please help me because I'm tired of singing the same song every time I phone mtnsp
