Beware Telkom Worst ADSL Service Provide

I upgraded my home ADSL line from a 1meg speed to a 4meg speed Today with Telkom.
This simple process took over 2 hours and 4 phone calls i have the records from our telephone system at the office.
I asked for an email or sms to confirm the upgrade and did not receive.
My wife then phoned and spent another hour from home after work trying to find out why our Telkom ADSL line was not functioning at all and she went through with a consultant the reset procedures etc.
The Telkom Adsl line was still very slow.
I then spent 19min 46 second on hold when i came home trying to find out why after upgrading the speed was even worse than before i upgraded.( 2 hours 31min to do a 2meg update)
I eventually got through to the fault department only to be told that the persons who did my upgrade did not process the order properly and that is now affecting my current ADSl speed no one could assist.
We therefore have to waste more time tomorrow during our working hours to try again. All we want to do is pay Telkom more each month and upgrade, why is this so difficult?
My wife and i have now spent almost 4 hours of our day just trying to do this Upgrade.
DON'T USE TELKOM ADSL CHOOSE MWEB.
