I have logged several calls with you guys over the last few months. Only one is still open which I logged on the 25th May 2013. Last update in the call is from me saying I need this fixed urgently. And... it apparently means nothing.
I phone all the time, and nobody knows what they heck is going on and nobody is any rush to get this problem fixed. I mean, it has been MONTHS already.
I am paying you guys every month for a line which is slower than my parents' dial up modem line. I am supposed to be running on a 1mpbs line. It never sees past 35kbps! And I am paying over R350 pm!
And just to check what a new customer would be promised, I phoned your "new customer" desk and asked the agent what download speed I can expect on the 1meg line, should I decide to join Telkom. She said I can expect a 1mpbs download speed! Do these people even know how their own technology works!??
My download speeds get to a maximum of 33kbps. That is a joke. I want this fixed NOW and I want to be reimbursed for all the money you have taken me from since my inital complaint. I am taking this to the Ombudsman next.
