Bad Attitude, Not Responding

Worse service in my life I have been struggling with Vodacom for a few weeks now.
My phone was in for repairs and they did not do what I ask. They / Lost my S-Pen (dont want to replace)
Rather want to loose a client (buying my contract out and go to other network) then to help a client.
They told me I can take my phone in they will have a phone that i can use when I got there (Arranged with Chantel Johnson) No one knew.
Waisting my time and petrol to go there for Nothing.
No All of Vodacoms Customer Care DOnt reply to ANY of my E-mails.
I have been with VOdacom a few years and now this I pay over R2000 a month on my contract.
I will Never use vodacom again And i will tell everyone about my experince, GO to someone els is my oppinion.
Can't believe they are Ignoring me IT IS PATHETIC really.

The service is so bad already.
