LACK OF SECURITY, NO SERVICE

My father, a pensioner, has had his bank accounts CLEARED out due to the lack of security that Vodacom's service gives. In order to take out a contract we have to be FICA'd and give all our details, but when it comes to a doing a sim swap this seems very easy. What happens to the ID and details we give to Vodacom - is this used for means by Vodacom employees? And why can someone NOT get back to my father after this has been reported in OVER a week? This is criminal. Where is the copy of ID that the used, where is the employee that did the sim swap, where are the details? And where is the respect and accountability that Vodacom should have towards their clients? I am so disgusted.
