I refer to a previous report posted on 30 July 2013, with reference nr from MTN 6878916. No one has contacted me regarding the previous enquiry. This was regarding a Transfer of Account. I would like to speak to someone personally and would like MTN to send me the MTN criteria to meet regarding doing a transfer of account.
Furthermore, how can MTN decline this transfer application, but Mr Price has opened a credit account for me with a limit of R5700.00.
Please advise asap.
