I just don't understand how long could it possibly take to make a sim swap... Does Cell C understand that people need to make calls etc. If a sim swap takes almost 24hrs to be active how in the world do they think people will be communicating? Is it rocket science to make a sim swap? Is it really such a complex thing to do?
Vodacom is waaayyy faster when doing this or could they have figured out the solution to this very complex equation that is a sim swap?
I did a sim swap yesterday and today my number is still not active. Does Cell C even think about their clients? Their horrible cellphone signal is bad enough now I have to put up with these stunts as well. I'm even considering porting to a different network because its clear that they DO NOT value their clients!
