I urge people not to do business with Iburst

I took a 24 months 3g contract with iburst & after a 24 months my contract came to an end & called iburst to cancel the contract & they never did but continue to debit my account, i got fed up with going to the bank to do reversals of their debit orders & called the 2nd time to find out why is Iburst debiting my account out of contract & i was told the contract wasn't cancelled & asked why wasn't it cancelled on when i requested & the gentlemen who assisted me didn't have answers & advised that he will deactivate the account for me but i'm liable for the outstanding balance which were charged out of contract & i asked for a copy of the original contract that he claimed it was emailed to me & to date i never received anything except sum threat email to list me with ITC

Records would proof that i never used their internet data after the contract term & i honored the contract to its last day. I question Iburst business ethics & professionalism, so in principles i now associate Iburst with & very desperate to make money on account of false bases... I will discourage anyone i know in business & socially about cheap tactics that Iburst is using to make money
