Third data cutoff against contract, non-response

In June, after our 12 month prepaid data contract was prematurely cut off for the second time because we were provided with the incorrect SIM type by Cell C (which had twice refused to replace the SIM, assuring us instead that they would reset the SIM for proper data use), Cell C finally agreed to award us four (4) GB data to close out our contract and assured us that the data would not expire at the end of July but continue for three (3) months. At the end of July, after using approx. ten (10) percent of the data allocated in the settlement, our data was cut off. When I telephoned Cell C, I was transferred between multiple departments and final informed by Technical Support that there was no record of our having received the 4 GB settlement, which we had not only received but begun using for a few weeks before it was cut off. He promised to "elevate the case" and assured us that we would receive a telephone call back within 48 hours. That time has now elapsed. All that we are seeking is the balance of the data that was promised and already provided to us in small part before it was cut off - not in the future but today.
