A couple of years ago, I received a massive bill from Vodacom for my data contract, which we then queried with Vodacom call centre. After many calls and visits to the call centre in Milnerton, our contracts were blocked and we received notice to pay more than R28 000.00 to settle the remainder of the 3 contracts.
I received notification from TS Legal Services that I was handed over for collection. Since I was so tired of fighting a losing battle with Vodacom I agreed on a settlement amount with TS Legal Services which was accepted by Vodacom. On the 10th of June 2011, I settled as per the agreed amount. After my proof of payment was send, TS Legal Services mailed my settlement letter.
Now, after all this time, two totally different collection agencies are calling me with regards to "MY OUTSTANDING VODACOM ACCOUNT" How ridiculous is that! I really need to know why Vodacom would be doing this!!
