On the 25-02-2013 i settled my vodacom contract in full.for surety i called vodacom for a settlement letter immediately which i received via email on the date. To my surprise i received an email from vodacom stating that have been listed and my account has been handed over to VVM debt collectors. I have received an apology letter from vodacom however its my responsibility to follow with VVM for incorrect listing. I am not prepared to run around to the police station to get sworn affidavits... I would like to have my name cleared on the credit buro with out me intervening in this process.
