How difficult does MTN make it for ANYONE to contact them? I can't get through to the 1 808 number without an MTN cell number (which I don't have, since "my" account is), so I:
1. Reported a complaint via the MTN SP online form
2. Sent a complaint on Twitter
3. Sent a hellopeter complaint.
I've ONLY had a decent response from the social media manager on Twitter, and even there, it's been insufficient.
The email response from MTN SP service desk required that I fax my affidavit, ID, and MTN SP account to Legal. You'd think that the email would include the fax number, right? Wrong. And I ask again - WHAT MTN SP ACCOUNT? I have never even received any invoices or account statements for this account!!
And please - PLEASE - send me an email address I can send these documents to. Who even USES fax any more?!
It's day 5 and there's still no response from MTN on hellopeter.
