DEBIT ACCOUNT TWICE AFTER DIRECT PAYMENT WAS MADE

11 August 2013 I called in to know the amount that should be paid to Jabba connect and for the banking details to make the payment of R670.40.The very same day I made a transfer directly to Jabba Connects Standard bank account. The very same day as I transferred money into my absa account immediately Jabba debit my account I called in to query this and I was told to go sort it out with my bank (firstly this was not my bank that was wrong) Then on the 3 August 2013 my account was debited again and when I called to find out why my account has been debit for the second time I was told that they would call me Monday.5 August 2013 I called them to explain again the lady told me they would refund me and the money would be in my account in 2 days time. It has been 4 days and still nothing. I called them again this morning and the lady said she would find out and call me back its already 12 and still nothing. Another thing I have a top up contract with Jabba but for this month I never received any top up and its already the middle of the month. This is very unprofessional why should I wait 6 days for them to refund me my 2 debit orders. I Should rather cancel this contract them seriously.
