Damage to cellphone while accessing for fault

This is in addition to my complaint logged on 30 July when I phone was in or repairs and I could not get proper feedback as to what was wrong with it and the "repairs" took longer then advised. However I eventually got my phone back on 7th August 2013 (after 21 working days) and according to the feedback nothing was repaired as apparently the phone has "liquid damage" ( I still don't understand how as no liquid was dropped on the phone but according to the agent that's not the only cause. Maybe it got damaged with moisture from I don't knw where) but take note that when I gave it in at Cresta, I was told there is no liquid damaged as the indicator was still white. Well anyway when I got it on Wednesday, I see that the inner left bottom side of the screen has been damaged (obviously when they took the phone apart and no where on the job card does it state that MTN is not liable for any damages while repairs are done. One should expect the phone in the same condition it was in when it was booked in. So what excuse can MtN give now??
