I logged a query with MTN network coverage contact centre. They sent me an email stating that they will respond within 96 working hours. I moved to Lotus Gardens and I explained to MTN that we are struggling with network coverage, I just phoned them again to follow up and all I get is that there's a technician assigned to my query and they will get back to me. The network coverage is so bad and I am not the only person experiencing this problem, I even went out of my way to compile a list of all the other users who are experiencing the same problem around the area. MTN is just misleading people with their slogan "MTN, everywhere you go" because they are definitely NOT EVERYWHERE I GO...
