Telkom have offered 8Ta customers 10 Gb WiFI pm this is a joke as they are offering you things that you cannot use. First you have to find a WI Fi hotspot. So we trot to the Festival Mall to find one when we try to connect we can't and sometimes if your very lucky it tries to connect then they start asking you for passwords we actually did get a password from Telkom but upon entering it you cannot connect. Some of the WiFi hotspots are actually locked so you cannot connect at all. All it boils down to is that we are battling to connect to this "Free". I have heard that a lot of people are battling with this thing. I would really prefer if they want to give us something which is "free" it would be better to give us 10Gb night surfing. I have actually been at the Telkom Direct store but they are unable to help me. I was also on their web-site ans sent them an E-mail and I'm still waiting for a reply.
