On 15 July I went to MTN at Edendale mall in Pietermaritzburg and did number port 0732857808 from Cell c bck to MTN they said it takes up to 48 hrs and I than travelled back to Mpumalanga. After 48 hrs I discovered that porting has not activated and I called 0831237678 who than advised me to go to any MTN shop for assistance. On 22 July 2013 I than went to Middelburg mall where a gentlemen assisted me and told me same thing that I need to wait 7 days but still after that long wait porting is still not active I than went back and the same gentlemen said they were offline. I went day after and lady that assisted said they don't have desired sim card for porting. On Thursday 08 August 2013 I went back to seek help and by surprise this MTN lady says we told you last we do not do porting in this branch you need to go back to where you did your 1st port by which she meant I must drive to Pietermaritzburg. She was very unprofessional and did not even try to help solve problem instead told me she can not help me.
