The WORST service in South Africa?!

We have had the absolute worst service from Virgin in the last 3 months. My contract was upgraded almost 3 months ago now and we have still not received the new phone. Ellen, my business partner is leaving for overseas tomorrow without the new phone after she has been promised high and low it would be sorted by today latest. After countless backwards and forwards emails and phone calls the Virgin customer service agent who has been assisting us (Yvonne Chauke) is ignoring our emails. Although I have asked many times that Ellen be the authorized person on my account to deal with any issues or queries since I live in Australia at the moment, every time she calls customer service they refuse to help her. It is the worst treatment we have ever received from a company, especially one who prides themselves on good service.

I am so tired of dealing with Virgin's incompetent customer service department.
