Vodacom 3G is not the way forward

I have been struggling with a 3G vodacom connection for months now. I feel that Vodacom is not delivering on what they promised for a start.

I phoned the 155 call center spent about two hours on the phone with them, the guy was really helpful and we went through everything that could be the problem, a lady phoned me and informed me that someone will come out and check my signal and what ever at my premises, still waiting for that. I have since been struggling i phone the call center again and get pushed from pill to post only to be told that I must now pack up all my stuff and go to a Vodashop. That is where i draw the line.

How dare they suggest that I must run around and do their work. I do not see how it can be acceptable that I should have to waste more of my time and money running around for their problems. They are passing the buck on to us, and i feel like cancelling all my modems and going to a cheaper and better service provider.

I am not asking a lot, all i am asking is that the service i am paying for be provided. If not they can cancel my modems according to the consumers act. Fix it ASAP.
