I have endless problems with a CellC contract which was transferred and not on my name anymore. After a previous complaint about CellC no one came back to me as promised. I was left in the dark and had to call CellC myself. Mthokozisi helped me a lot and explained exactly what the problem is. There is still a problem and CellC must fix it. I dont have a contract with CellC anymore and they claim that I have an outstanding amount from 2009. Thanks a lot for explaining and the patience. It is much appreciated.
