Vodacom Fails to Delive

I made use of Vodacom's online order facility for a new handset since they promised FREE next day delivery if order is place before noon. I placed and confirmed an order at 10 am on Monday, 5 August and I am still waiting delivery! I made use of the facility for the convenience but it has caused more inconvenience than anything else. This is FALSE advertising and when I called the call centre I was told deliveries NEVER take place the next day and I'm not the first to complain. To top it all I was told that I cannot cancel the order UNTIL I RECEIVE THE ITEM probably some time next week.
I thought it best to approach a different network. I have been a subscriber for over 15 years and am now switching once I am able to cancel this order!!! THANK YOU VODACOM for nothing! Not a happy soon to be ex-subscriber...
