Samsung S4 camera Faulty

I have upgraded my cell phone contract at the end of June 2013 with a new Samsung S4 at Cell C Three Rivers. Cell number 084 5866 589
The camera stopped working after two weeks. When you switch the camera to the front camera it give error message "camera faulty"
I haven handed the cell phone in at Phone Fix Vereeniging on the 15 July 2013 and got it back the next day. The camera worked for a few days and then the same problem started. I had to return to Cell C on the 19th July 2013 and informed them that I am not happy about this as this phone is still brand new. I booked it in with them the same day to send it to their Midrand repair centre. I received it back on the 7th August '13 and the camera is still not working. They refuse to give me a new phone; therefore they booked it in again for repairs. What frustrates me the most is that I have been unable to use the sim card in another phone as the Samsung S4 only works with a micro sim. I have seen other people complaining about the same problem with the S4 and I believe this phone is part of a bad batch. I want a new phone and nothing else.
