This serves to confirm that your contract with attached cell number: 0741857131 will be effectively cancelled on the expiry date of your contract which is the 31st of May 2013.

Your final airtime will be reset on the 1st of May 2013.

As Virgin Mobile invoices you 30 days in arrears your final invoice will be generated on the 1st of June 2013.
As your selected debit order date is on the 1st of each month, your final debit order will occur on the 1st of July 2013 to settle invoice dated the 1st of June 2013.

This is Virgins answer to our cancellation of our contract. Now they blocked my simcard after we cancelled the contract and they still trying to deduct the debit order after we stopped it!! After they explained above the last settlement will be on the first of July? They deduct the money via debit order but I do not get any airtime or free sms's...
