On Monday before 12h00, I ordered the Samsung S4 Mini phone telephonic with an agent. Vodacom advertises - order before noon - get delivery the next day.
Needless to say - I had to follow up with them 4 times already to find out when I will receive my phone. I was supposed to have received a confirmation email which I havent but the phone apparently has been "dispatched" to RAM couriers. I called RAM now (16h15-7 Aug) but they have not yet received the parcel. I have been informing Vodacom that I am away this long weekend and I need the phone asap. Why is it taking so long and what promise do I have that I will receive this phone tomorrow before 16h00?
