Rewards company targeting prepaid custome

Miss Makhubu was called by Mr Govender from the Vodacom Rewards Company and told her she won R10 000 and free airtime because she was a loyal prepaid Vodacom Customer. He then requested her personal details and banking details in order to deposit the money.
At the end of the month Miss Makhubu was told that she had agreed to a 24 month airtime contract from Vodacom. Numerous complaints to the company were not answered.
She subsequently received a call that she must pay R92.32 for May 2012 and the contarct will be cancelled. This is a tea lady who can hardly afford to pay her monthly expenses. Mr K Govender from Vodacom misrepresented all information to the Miss Makhubu. Vodacom representatives started calling her about making payments when she explained to them no one assisted. Vodacom blocked her number at the end of June 2012 and she has never used the number again. Although she didnt have the number anymore she keeps being called at work to pay for airtime she never wanted. Now she has received a letter of demand from attorney's for R2849.63, saying they represent vodacom but she has never applied for any contract nor used their airtime. Can someone please help.
