Hi, I've been a Nashua Mobile subscriber for the last 10 years. I'm due for an upgrade and Nashua mobile wants me to pay for the phone i want which is the Xperia Z. I have never paid for a phone upgrade in the past and will not pay for 1 now.
My last upgrade i had the same issues and only after complaining on "Hello Peter" did they upgrade as per my request. The operator Dominec didn't even try to get me a better deal, just offered what was on his PC.
The service stinks! and when i asked to cancel, his response was just to send him an email. So much for customer service/retention.
So will look for a service provider who will appreciate my business.
