Of all the MTN branches which I visited, I was really pleased with Diane at Rondebosch MTN. She was very helpful, pleasant and more importantly got my work done within no time. I applied for an S4 on Friday and Monday the application was already approved-although we had some other issues with porting my sim-but Diane resolved everything in a professional manner.
One advice to MTN: Perhaps you should hire Diane to train your other staff members, especially the ones in KC on how to treat their customers.
