Good day to you Cell C team.
I have purchased a 200 gigs prepaid 3G data bundle begining of this year, every thing was fine, excellent. Since one month there was no 3G data connection / it shows "connected" and "signal as well" but I cant browse, I cant do anything no browsing no data and have lots of pending things to do.
I went to Cell C store but they said " There was no problem with Cell C data network" then I have called your call centre they said " There was a problem with data network in Pretoria area, should be sorted out in 1 or 2 days" but now more than a month without 3g data/internet access.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE FOR ONE YEAR (Prepaid data bundles)
