On the 13th of July 2013 my blackberry was reported and blacklisted. The 'funny' part is on that day I was NOT in the country! Upon my return I enquired as to how did that happen and what steps would be required for me to unblock my phone because my phone a NOT, I DID NOT report it and needed it to be unblocked. I was told that I would have to submit an affidavit with my I'd and would get feedback with 48hours. That was done on the 1st of August in Midrand Vodacom and till today my phone remains blocked and I have not had a single reponse from Vodacom as to what is happening and my phone remains blocked!!! Its frustrating and I'm very angry @ the fact that I'm made to suffer for an error committed by vodacom. I'm so NOT impressed!!
