Pathetic service

My name is ramon leigh minnie, last week i applied for a contract with vodacom they immidiately approved and give me the terms and conditions, they said my phone would be delivered within 3 to 4 working days
4 days later i called them and they said my application was with the confirmations department and the sales consultant said she would send the confirmations department an email as they do not have direct lines to call me, so my surprise no body called me back the weekend had past and monday came without no consultant or anyone for that matter giving feedback even if there was a delay. monday i called back and they gave me the same excuse, monday afternoon again they said some one will call me back and still nothing, today i called again and still the same excuse as everyday. the worst part is no one calls you to give you any feedback i have to always call but end up with the same answer. that phone is a gift for some one they birthday has passed and im still waiting. i had high expectations of vodacom but what the is going on with them now, i actually feel like cancelling my contract and telling all my peers not to ever use vodacom. sick of waiting
