I took a contract with cell direct, they delivered the phone but however the sim card that they gave me is not working, I tried to call their call centre and no one is keen to assist, I called 0210017500 and spoke to Potia and she was so clueless and unethical over the phone, it's been almost a week now since I had the phone but still not been able to use it, but come end of the month they will debit my bank account the full money, so basically I will be paying for services that I did not use. That is bad customer service and I will not recommend anyone to apply/to agree to go into business with them, I don't think they are complying with the CPA, am so not happy with them I need them to come take their phone I will apply to their direct competitor.

I DO NOT WANT TO USE THERE SERVICES ANYMORE, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BEST TREAT CUSTOMERS.
