TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & NETWORK!!!

We signed up on a 3G bundle (2GB per month) top up contract with Vodacom last year for R149 per month. Ever since we have been using the service the signal has been intermittent and we have complained more than 10 times via the call centre that the connection gets lost every half an hour, we only use the dongle for light browsing on the Internet. Vodacom then made a few setting suggestions which we did and it still didnt work. Then they said they were going to send someone out to see us which they NEVER did. For the last few months we have been recieving bills for over R2000 and we have been trying to get some answers with no luck. How is it possible that we are being charged more than R149 per month when we signed a top up contract which means that once the data has run out it shouldnt automatically be topped up unless we purchase more data ourselves??? And also if our Internet isnt working half the time how can the data be sky high!?? I have phoned the call centre numerous times to cancel our contract after all these hassles and end up waiting on the line for more than an hour each time not getting through to anyone!!!
