Treated with bad attitude and lack of respect

On Monday 29 July I went to the MTN (Menlyn Branch) to apply for a contract phone. I was assisted by Johannes, apparently it takes 2 to 24 hours to be approved or declined. On Friday Johannes phoned & said my application was approved when I asked why it took him forever to get back to me, he said he has been off duty. I went to the MTN around 4PM and wrote my name down, as they assist according to the list. The list manager knocked off without handing over her duties to anyone and this caused a chaos. finally i was assisted by Siphiwe Maseko & she gave me a contract to sign. after I had singed, she ticked the form and filled it by hand, I told her she can't write after I signed cause I didn't sign to what she is putting on the paper and she replied "I know the form by head and I can't go through it, explaining everything to you. you will read it yourself when you get home" as she was processing my documents I went through the form that she filled by hand and I didn't understand what she wrote. I asked for clarity, she told me it's not her problem that we are not on the same level of Education.i left the store with a heavy heart & will never visit MTN again
