Good Day,
I had logged a complaint on Hello Peter, regarding my request to cancel my contract.
I received a settlement amount and paid the amount specified.
But did not receive a repsonse as to when my contract would deactivate.
I called their cancellations department several time and keep getting told that some one would call me back.
But to date no one has.
I logged a Hello Peter complaint, Altech Autopage again said that they would contact me within 24 hours but again no one has.
I called the cancellations department again and spoke to Nigel, who requested that I e-mail all documents to him and he would get back to me.
Guess what he too has not contacted me, I have once again e-mailed him but again he has not responded.
Would someone from Altech Autopage Please just CANCEL my contract as per the signed contract settlement that I have faxed through several times.
After logging my second complaint, I received a call on 31/07/2013 and I was promised that in 24 hours this problem will be resolved and guess what, It has not been done.
I want all communication from this company in writing, so they must e-mail me, they have my valid e-mail address.
