No stock of phones in the store

The staff at the cell-c outlet in N1 city branch had no idea that the bb Q5 comes out with a white cover and tells me there are only black as far as he knows, the outlet had no stock of any bb phones in the store and i was told to come back to the store in a week then the stock will be aviailable.now my question is how many other costomers where turnedd away to maybe go to other networks to take out contracts, and also the staff need to be trained so that they can tell customers about the phones when they have in stock.
