I opened an account with Telkom Mobile in February 2013.
The phone was supposed to be delivered within a week, I waited for more than a month.
When I activated the phone, I had to wait more than 2 weeks for the actual activation of the service.
Then I received an account/bill where they billed me for the phone I have (Samsung Pocket) and also for a Blackberry Contract which I never signed for or received. (Case Number:6250202).
Telkom Refunded me for the mistake on the Blacberry, and I thought my problems were sorted... BUT:
On the 15th of July 2013 Telkom deducted R 3, 639.89 from my account. I phoned them to ask why, they said that they penalized me for the cancellation of the Blackberry phone (which I never ordered).
I logged a new case: Case Number 6403188 on the 16th of July 2013, and I still have not been refunded for this big mistake. Today is already the 06th of August 2013!
I am now already struggling for 5 months to get this simple account in order and yet Telkom cannot seem to deliver. My initial monthly installment for the Samsung/or the contract which I singned for, should be R 98.00.
I am very dissapointed with this service!
