Account / SIM still not working

On Sunday I took out a data contract with Cell C at the Cresta centre. They advised me that the sim card (0613941240) is active before I left the store. When I got home I inserted my SIM in my router and configured it. The router shows the SIM is connected to the Cell C network with good reception. However, I cannot send / receive any data, no webpages open (or it takes very long). I have tried all troubleshooting steps possible, but still no luck. Brought my router to work today to see if I can get any data transfer, but still can't even though it shows connected. I have also logged a call with Cell C last night to find out if there is a network / account problem, but didn't get any feedback whatsoever.
