I did an upgrade just over 2 months ago. On Sunday afternoon my Galaxy S4 went so hot that I couldn't even hold it in my hand. I opened the phone and took the battery out as soon as I could but the battery was already swollen. I took it in yesterday afternoon where i did my upgrade and they told me that they have to take my handset in for repairs. I don't know if they are not cleaver enough to see that it can't be fixed because the battery is already damaged. This is a new phone and I want it replaced. I can't wait 2 weeks for a phone to go in for repairs that can't be fixed.
