Cellc is so useless i cant even begin to explain, last year Dec my phone got and it took cellc FOUR months to do a swimswop. Finally when they got it right i thought of giving them a second chance and renewed my contract. They couldn't even do that right!! They did not renew the same contract i had, they replaced it with a totally new one which cost more. I decided that's not to bad either, i'll accept it, then i phoned to activate my BIS on my contract, and something they did rid the simcard invalid. I had to do a simswop AGAIN!!! GUESS WHAT?? I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE SIMCARD TO GET ACTIVATED. So for the year of 2013 in the 8th month, my phone worked for a total of 2months in THE WHOLE YEAR!!! I am so over there incompetence that i want to cancel my contract, and even that they cant help me with??!!! How pathetic are they???
