I have had an iPhone 4s on contract with Cell C for the past few months and yesterday the option to turn on the WIFI function on the phone inexplicably blanked out so I cannot turn it on.
After speaking to the call centre I tried restarting the phone multiple times, upgrading the operating system and even restored it to the factory default, but I still had no luck. The consultant then advised me to take it back where I bought it.
So, today I went to Norwood Cell C where I was told that I will be without my iPhone for 21 days!!! I find this completely unacceptable- apart from having no working replacement phone to use, I pay for my iPhone every month. Cell C, are you telling me I must go 3 weeks with no phone, because that is really not an option for me.
