On the 14th of June I went in the store to cancel my contract with MTN. reason being that I was no longer using the sim card but the phone that I took out. the gentlemen that was assisting me told me that the contract has been terminated. Month end I received my the statement and a debit order went through. I don't understand why??? Again month end July the debit went through again???
I DONT WANT A CONTRACT WITH MTN I WANT YOU GUYS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT!!! No one contacted me to find out if I would like to continue with the contract. I had to go to the store to cancel! yet you guys are still debiting me. Please can you sort this out or I will be forced to take the matter up with ICASA.
